Overview

The 4-Channel balun allows the transmission of real-time signals via Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) cable such as CAT5e and CAT6 instead of using coaxial cable..

Possible installation scenarios include:
  • Connecting two TM-104 PB together by the RJ45-RJ45 jacks (second TM-104 PB sold separately)
  • Connecting a Balun from a camera to the terminals on the TM-104 PB

Interference Filter

Interference rejection and low emissions allow signals to coexist in the same wire bundle as telephone, network or low-voltage power circuits. This allows the use of shared or existing cabling. Furthermore, crosstalk, EMI and RF noise immunity ensure high-quality signals.

Surge Protection

Built-in surge and lightning suppression protects equipment against damaging voltage spikes.

No external power is required and can be used as transmitter or receiver.
