DPD collect
DPD will collect your order from Technomate in London.

DPD's hub
Your parcel is sent to DPD's main hub in the Midlands where it is then sent to your local DPD Depot.

Your local DPD depot
Your parcel will arrive at your local depot. DPD will send you an email or text message with a 1-hour delivery timeslot. We recommend to download the DPD app for full tracking and visibility.

Driver nearby
When the driver is nearby, with the DPD app you will receive a notification.

Never miss a delivery again with your DPD app
The DPD app provides full tracking and on the day of delivery, you will have full visibility all the way up to your door. Various delivery preferences, such as deliver to neighbour, deliver to pickup store are also available. In addition to the 1-hour delivery timeslot, you will also be notified when the driver is approximately 30 minutes away. You can also rearrange your delivery up until your order is delivered.

There are 2,500 DPD Pickup shops in the UK, with a DPD Pickup point within 10 minutes' drive of 93% of the UK population and 5 minutes' walk within Central London, you will always find a place to pick up your parcel.
How it works

Choose DPD Pickup
Select DPD Pickup at the checkout and choose from one of 2,500 Pickup shops. Your parcels will be delivered to your Pickup point by 12 Next Day, so you can collect your parcels at your earliest convenience.

Wait for your notification
You will receive an email/SMS to let you know that your parcel is ready to collect alongside your Pickup pass.

Collect your parcel
Take your Pickup pass, your photo ID (driving licence or passport) to your DPD Pickup shop to collect your parcel.
Many Pickup shops have extended opening times, and you can find which Pickup point is most convenient for you by visiting: www.dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator
Parcels will be delivered to your local DPD Pickup shop Next Day by 12 noon. You'll be notified by email / SMS when your parcel is ready to collect, and all you need to do to Pickup your parcel is take your Pickup Pass and photo ID.

- Numark Pharmacy

Why does my account need to be verified?
For Trade products, Technomate only sells to businesses in the same or similar field, therefore we verify each account in order to protect prices and our customers.
How long does verification take?
We will verify your account within 24 hours of applying. Typically this is within 6 hours.
Will I need to provide further information?
If your company cannot be verified, for example, if your email address is a public domain such as @gmail.com, we may request copies of invoices from same/similar companies in order to approve your account.
*For orders placed on Friday, choose Saturday delivery and in the DPD app (you would need to download their app onto your mobile device), you can then change your delivery date to Sunday.
